MQDC signs 60-year lease agreement for prime property in Ratchadamri

Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), a leading property developer, has signed an agreement to lease 6.2 rai plot for a period of 60-years in Soi Mahatlek Luang 1 from Vajiravudh College.

The prime land that is located in the same soi as Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, would likely see another development in the near future. No details of the project has been announced yet.
