Michelin-starred French fine-dining destination Blue by Alain Ducasse at ICONSIAM is delighted to introduce its new vibrant tasting menus for lunch and dinner, an updated afternoon tea experience, and an invigorating new line-up at the Blue by Alain Ducasse Bakery Boutique. The menus curated by Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet and Executive Pastry Chef and artisan baker Chef Christophe Grilo take diners on a delightful culinary journey of spring flavours overlooking the captivating beauty of the Chao Phraya River.

Cuisine du soleil: New lunch and dinner tasting menus

Transport your senses with the latest Cuisine du Soleil, an ode to the warmth of Mediterranean summer, conceptualized from the childhood memories of Executive Chef Wilfrid HocquetThe new lunch menu, Menu Escale, presents a delightful five-course experience for THB 2,950 per person. Diners can savour the finest seasonal produce, including Bluefin senaka tuna with mozzarella cream and fennel, Bresse chicken with black truffle and chestnut, and Pork tenderloin stuffed with shrimp, smoked eggplant, lemongrass. For those looking to enhance their meal, premium supplements are on offer such as Margaret River 8/9 Wagyu short ribs, Cheeses Matured by Les Frères Marchand and a selection of luxurious wines and champagnes.

For a truly indulgent experience, the dinner menus offer a symphony of flavours, featuring a variety of choices including Marinated Bluefin tuna, chickpea, sesame and coriander, Beef tomatoes and watermelon, cheese froth, Perthuis green asparagus soufflé, Lightly seared carabineros, green peas, kaffir lime,  Confit Atlantic turbot, young turnip, tarragon Norwegian langoustine, white asparagus, pine tree zabaglione, Brittany pigeon on the ambers, Khao Yai tomatoes, anchovies, French veal tenderloin «gremolata», spring vegetable «tian», red pepper condiment. Desserts highlight Rhubarb and Sauternes soufflé, thyme ice cream and coffee from our manufacturers in Paris

The Menu Voyage for dinner offers chef’s suggestions based on the best Spring ingredients which include a four, six and eight-course option for THB 3,900, THB 5,500 and THB 7,500. The Menu Latitude has a choice of a starter + main + dessert for THB 4,900, or 2 starters + main + dessert for THB 5,900.

A refined afternoon tea experience: Menu délicatesse

 

The new Menu Délicatesse offers a perfect blend of savoury and sweet for THB 1,500 per person. Highlights include a classic croque monsieur with Mushroom and Comté and Panisse with bluefin tuna and coriander. Delectable sweet treats include scones with raspberry jam, a signature rum baba with whipped vanilla cream and chocolate from our manufactured brioche. Beverage selections feature signature hot chocolate and coffees from our manufacturer in Paris, housemade sodas and varieties of local and imported organic teas.
